Follow the Dragons
We are going to cross the road, and go through Union Street. This a busier route and can be quite noisy, so be wary of any sudden loud noises such as motorbikes, car horns, sirens, alarms and people shouting. When you hear any sudden loud noises seek out a quiet spot for
Boxer to calm down for a few minutes.
Cross the road ahead over to the Plymouth Pavilions. These traffic lights can be quite confusing, as cars are coming from multiple
directions which can be quite disorientating for
Boxer.
Wait for the green walk symbol at all of the lights
before crossing. For some of the crossings, the walk symbol is out of sync and changes very quickly, which can leave the cars stationary for a while. This can be very confusing for Boxer and might make him quite anxious.
Once you have crossed the road, walk to the left and follow the path straight ahead down Union Street. Keep following the path until you reach a zebra crossing. Union Street has quite a lot of shops, takeaways and cafes which can be quite distracting for Boxer as there will be a lot of movement and noise, this might also make him quite anxious, particularly if it is busy, so try to take a break along the way.
Cross the road at the zebra crossing and carry on following the path to the right.
