Turn to the right to go round the top of Derry's Cross - don't forget to cross at the dropped kerbs
Turn left opposite the Theatre Royal after crossing at the zebra crossing - watch out for the cobbles, they're very bumpy!
Turn right onto Royal Parade - this is another nice, smooth bit of pavement but it is very slightly uphill, so go a little slower and take a rest if you need one - Herman sits on the benches to look at the modernist buildings when he gets tired
At the bottom of Royal Parade, Rocky and Herman like to stop and admire the 27 ft high statue 'Messenger' by Joseph Hillier
The slope on Royal Parade isn't easy to see, but Herman can certainly feel it when he's pushing Rocky, so he takes plenty of time to admire Plymouth's street art and architecture
